Bart Lincoln Found Dead In Bed At County Home
Barton Lincoln, sixty years of age, was found dead early Thursday morning in his bed at the County Home, where he had gone to reside three years ago from Browning Township.
Mr. Lincoln had not been in his usual health, and had not been heard to complain before he retired at
10:30 p.m. and apparently death came peacefully while he slept.
The body was removed to the Gordon Funeral Home, where Dr. W.F. Justus conducted an inquiry, determining the cause of death as heart attack.
Funeral services, conducted by Rev. Fred Thompson, were held on Saturday afternoon from the South Fulton Church near Astoria.  Internment was made in the South Fulton Cemetery.
Mr. Lincoln is survived by four daughters, one of whom is Mrs. Homer Skiles, residing northeast of Rushville.
